Panic Attack Information

Posted by bacorgrp | This and That!! | Wednesday 9 December 2009 3:29 pm

There are various forms of panic attack treatments available. No matter who you are, or how difficult your disorder is, you can get help.

Most people go to their doctor and get prescribed an anti anxiety medication in order to treat  panic attacks. Unfortunately, these medications are often quite expensive and can have pretty bad side effects when you start or end treatment.

For those who are uncomfortable putting anything like that in their body, there are psychological treatments like Panic Away that can cure your anxiety without ever having to take a pill or other form of medication.

Natural is the way to go when it comes to treating yourself. By using meditation, deep breathing, or other relaxation techniques you can stop panic attacks from occurring and you will have a more balanced mind as well.

Diet is a big contributor to how your brain works. Eating a healthy diet will benefit you in more ways than one.

Although there are literally hundreds of panic attack treatment options out there, there will be something that works for you. Don’t get discouraged if the first thing you try doesn’t work. You will be one step closer to finding one that does, and curing your panic forever.

What I’ve been up to!!

Well obviously I have not been posting on www.keithblogs.com often enough. I do have a good excuse, between using Firepow to create more micro niche blogging sites, building product review sites and learning PPC marketing, well I’ve just been plain busy. So busy in fact that this is going to be a short post. You can check out my other blog sites I created using Firepow. They are www.PanicAttackHelpOnline.com and www.GenitalWarts-info.com. Take a look at the sites, Firepow was a great help in building and maintaining these sites and I highly recommend using the product. I will eventually get keithblogs.com completed. But, you know how it is, we need to follow the money. keithblogs.com is not a money maker, it is truly just a blog that rambles on. I wish everyone the best and lots of success in what ever they are pursuing.

Article Writing and Submission!!

Posted by bacorgrp | This and That!! | Wednesday 3 June 2009 9:28 am

In order to create back links to your blog or website, submitting articles to a variety of article submission sites is a great way to accomplish this.  Typically, the services require short description of the article.  The article itself and a resource box.

I will post more on article submission in the future. I just wanted to share an example of an article I just submitted to a variety of article sites. Pasted in below is the main body of the article.  You will notice there are not back links in the body of the article. This is because many sites will reject an article with back links in the main article. The resource box is the place where it is acceptable to place the back links.  Check out the example of the article below to get an idea of what the main article body looks like.

I just went through the process of choosing a web hosting provider. Or
should  I say Blog Hosting provider. I have been with Godaddy for years and
was a happy customer. Then I started blogging using a Word Press blog. Things
weren’t going smoothly with Godaddy. At times my blog pages were coming up
blank and the load time was very slow. Then when I introduced Firepow to
automate my blogging business it got even more complicated. As Firepow is
optimized for Hostgator.

I quickly learned about cpanel hosting interface vs. Godaddy’s proprietary
interface. The standard is cpanel which is an interface that one can learn
to navigate fairly quickly. Plus, most training you will find online provides
cpanel instruction. An easy to use hosting control panel is very important
when you are creating blogs and websites. Hostgator, also provides the
fantastico hosting interface which I haven’t tried yet.

Then there is sql database creation. Godaddy takes a different approach.
One cannot just simply point to “localhost” for the location of the database
with Godaddy. You need to jump through hoops to find the location. Hostgator
provided excellent support and imported my sql database which was a great help
in moving my blogs to their system.

It would require a rather long article to provide all the details of the
differences between the 2 services. Plus, folks would need to familiarize
themselves with terms like: cpanel hosting, web hosts, blog, email hosting,
shared hosting, reseller hosting, domain hosting, dedicated servers,
dedicated hosting,ftp hosting,domain name hosting,hosting php,ecommerce
hosting etc.I would suggest familiarizing yourself with these terms to gain a
better understanding of the web and blog hosting environments.

The quick and dirty based on my experience is that Godaddy is great for domain
name registration and Hostgator is great for a reliable hosting company.
Hostgator has hosting plans from $4.95 per month. It really is not as problem
to domain host with one company and use a different company’s hosting server.
Just simply point the DS nameservers to the location that your blog or website
is hosted at. The hosting provider will provide you with detailed instructions
as to how this works.

If you visit the site my site.
You will find a 20 percent off coupon among other deals. There are links to
domain registration and web hosting plans. It is a great place to start for
hosting services and will provided you cheap webhosting. Additionally, if you
use Hostgator as your hosting service, I would pay for at least a year in
advance which provides even more savings. Hostgator really is a great
blog webhost. Additionally if you want to automate your blogging business
stop over at my blog and read the article on Firepow.

Twitter Hostgator Article Posting!! I have been Busy!!

Spring Special!!  20 Percent Off!!  Use code = SPRING

I know, I am way behind schedule on my postings. Plus, I know there is a lot more work to do on the look of my Blog Site. Eventually, I will update the featured site areas and put in some other cool stuff. This all is so time consuming. Plus, let’s just say I am in information overload.  My first goal is to automate my business. In order to help out my readers and provide a path to follow I am posting bits and pieces of  information.  This is what I have done thus far.

  1. I joined Twitter about a month ago and started generating a following. This is a great way to start a instant network. I now have over 3500 followers.  I used the tools and training from the Twitter Traffic Machine to accomplish this. “Click Here“  if you want access to this great tool!!
  2. I changed my BLOG Hosting over to Hostgator. They seem to be more blog friendly than Godaddy. Also, they have a 20 percent off Spring Special. Just use SPRING in the coupon code area when you sign up. They are very reasonable with pricing from $4.95 per month. “Click Here” If you want to lock in those savings. FYI, the support I have received from Hostgator has been GREAT!!
  3. I joined Firepow which is an automated blog building service. Firepow is great for creating multiple niche blogs. Additionally, there is a suite of tools for maintaining and promoting your blogs. See my other postings for more information on this great tool. If you want to join Firepow, use the coupon code “trackback” and you will receive $30.00 off the regular price. “Click Here” if you want more details on Firepow!!!
  4. The next project I am working on is a automated article submission program. From everything I have researched building a successful business on the internet involves writing and submitting a large quanity of articles encompassing a variety of subjects.

So this has been a short synopsis of what I am doing to get my business rolling. I will post more details as time goes by. I really want to test out the article submission program. Once this is done I will post the results.

Monetizing your blog is easier than you think!!!

Posted by bacorgrp | This and That!! | Saturday 16 May 2009 9:58 am

You’ve decided that now’s the time. You’ve got the keyboard calluses, the archive and the readers. You’re ready to make some money from your passion for blogging. Sure, you gave up some real estate on the side of your blog for a search engine to place ads, but that’s not generating enough money to fill your gas tank, let alone change your lifestyle. The real opportunity in monetizing your blog is through affiliate marketing. It’s as simple as placing specific ads or links on your blog (or Web site) for digitally downloadable products that relate to your topic. By placing those links you become an “affiliate” of the person(s) selling a product(s). If someone clicks on that ad or link on your blog and then buys the product, you get a commission on that sale. Since commissions can be as high as 75% of the sale, it’s a much better deal than getting paid a few cents for someone to click on an ad.

That’s where ClickBank comes in. It is the largest and one of the most respected companies in affiliate marketing, with over 35,000 unique digitally downloadable products, more than 12,000 product publishers and 25,000 daily sales transactions. With ClickBank, you choose the products you like, you get high commissions and you get paid automatically – creating a hassle-free way to monetize your blog. Here’s how it works. Let’s say you blog about fitness and wellness. You sign up with ClickBank (it doesn’t cost anything for affiliates), then go to the ClickBank Marketplace and pick the products (e-books, newsletters, subscriptions) you like best and that you think will appeal to your readers. When you find products you like and that pay what you think is a reasonable commission (up to 75%), you can get a “Hoplink” code (the link that lets you list the product on your site) to embed in your blog. It works just like any other link you place in your blog. You are then ready to make money. It’s that simple.

I am on my way. WOO HOO

Posted by bacorgrp | This and That!! | Tuesday 12 May 2009 12:14 pm

Hello World,  This business is progressing nicely. I joined FirePow to kick off and automate my blogging business.

As blogging and in particular blogging for profit becomes ever more popular amongst online entrepreneurs, we’re seeing new tools developed to assist in this process being released, what seems like every week.

In this post I’m going to talk about one such tool, Firepow Blogging Software, because I believe it might just be a cut above the rest in terms of it’s flexibility of use, and overall effectiveness in accomplishing the three primary aims of blogging - creating a blog, managing it or maintaining it, and getting traffic to it.

It was hard to know where to start with this post because there are so many individual features of this software that could be mentioned.

To give you a brief overview of how it works…

Firepow is based on the Wordpress platform, and allows a user to install a fully customized and functioning wordpress blog with a few clicks of the mouse.

If you’ve used Wordpress before, you’ll know that one of the best things about it is it’s ability to be enhanced by third party plugins. You’ll also know that it’s not hard to get LOST in all the plugins and potential feature additions that CAN be made.

The first thing great about Firepow from my point of view is that they have done the plugin work for you. The best 50 or so plugins from around the web have been programmed into the software so as to be automatically installed when your blog is.

That’s a good feature, but it’s even better when you consider that while these plugins normally require manual fiddling to get installed, tweaks made to your theme CSS code and more - the software actually does that part for you too - so you click the button, and you have the function of that plugin added - VERY time saving!

The “Create” part of the process is also helped by the ability to create your own custom wordpress theme completely from scratch, with more functionality than we’ve seen from free theme generators EVER before - not to mention the ability to create your own categories from scratch, automatically create the perfect permalink
structure for SEO, and more.

Before even getting into the Wordpress panel of the site Firepow creates you’ve also got a site management tab where all your blogs can be managed from one place, an SEO tracking tool to monitor the search rankings of all your sites, and a task manager
that tells you what needs to be done to maintain your blog/s and when.

I dare say though that the best things happen once you’re actually IN the blog.

Here you have crazy abilities to make your post content better, easily being able to add relevant images, videos, or trackbacks (automatically building backlinks to your site) to your posts… and even that’s leaving alot out.

OR the crazy abilities to monitor your blogs success, like being able to split test the results of different posts, monitor your traffic through in depth reporting (utilizing Google analytics), monitoring your search spider activity, the popularity of your posts, the terms people are searching on your site, and more still.

I feel like I’m getting too salesy in this post to you but I can assure even with everything you’ve read here, I haven’t even really touched the surface of what’s going on inside this thing called Firepow - heck we didn’t even get to the promotional tools.

The best thing I can probably do is tell you go to look at the darn thing yourself:

Oh and I could also tell you that if your into blogging and you don’t, you’ll probably regret it big time.

I hope you’ve found the information here valuable, and don’t hesitate to leave your comments on Firepow here to share with others.
