Getting a Blog off the Ground.

Posted by admin | Building the Blog | Tuesday 21 April 2009 8:39 am

First of all I can’t profess to be a blogger expert, as I am in the learning  curve phase. But, I do know from my marketing experience that one can have the coolest, hippest, fanciest blog on the internet and NO viewers. In my mind that is such a waste.  This is why over the past couple of days I have been focusing my efforts on gaining a Twitter following. I need you, (my readers) to visit my blog, read and make comments. But, I have to find you wonderful people first.

I am all ears and open to any suggestions on how to expand my reader base. Please post a comment.

I applaud your honesty and willingness to say you’re just learning about these social media tools. I love twitter. It takes time because it’s really about relationships. And we all know those take time and effort. So, share interesting links and send those DM or @ messages when you like something. You’ll get the hang of it. After all, you know marketing! Good luck and I’ll check back on your blog. :)
